foods to avoid to lose weight


There are a number of different foods to avoid to lose weight, that because eating these foods can increase your hunger. Feeling hungry can often be one of the most common problems that people will encounter when trying to lose body fat.  Your diet can move off track if hunger creeps up on you, even when you have been doing perfectly well on your diet program.
To prevent that from happening, you must know what those foods are, so you can avoid them and sticking to your diet.  Below you will find the foods that can cause you to become hungry, avoiding these will help with your diet.

White Rice
Eating white Rice can cause you feel very hungry due to huge increase in blood sugar levels. After the increase in blood sugar insulin is released, the downside to this is reduction in glucose in your blood. If your sugar levels are low, your brain will tell you to eat more food.

Sugary Cereals
The second food that can increase your hunger levels are sugary cereals, in a similar way that white rice does. Without reading the cereal label you could potentially be consuming large amount of sugar, even its low in fat.  During breakfast eat oatmeal, bran cereal or any other cereal that contains no added sugar, this can help you control your hunger.

Snack Bars
Another problematic food as far as hunger is concerned is Snack bars. The big issue here is that these will tend to be very low in total protein so there's nothing to balance out the carbohydrates. This will results in blood sugar spike that we talked about previously and will make you quickly feel low energy. As your energy level crashing down, you'll want to reach for more food to bring it back up. This can make it harder for you to reach your target weight, because you'll often be consuming higher amount of calories each day.

Candy 
Finally, it should almost go without saying, Candy is one of the worst foods for causing hunger. While you will often feel full pretty quickly with a sudden energy burst, that only temporary. Candy produced from pure sugar is even worse for you from your diet perspective than snack foods that contain fat, because at least with the addition of fat you will not see huge increase in blood sugar levels. Make sure you avoid candy.

Avoiding these foods combined with exercise can help you achieve ideal weight, but to maximize your weight loss, using best fat burners can be excellent way.
